BoxyCharm Overview
Unlike other subscription boxes, Boxy Charm gives you FULL-SIZE products for a little over $20 every month. Most other beauty subscription services only send you travel size products, most of which you will not even be used (sigh).
Each month you will receive anywhere from four to five products. Something fun to recognize is that BoxyCharm was actually the first known subscription beauty box to offer only full-sized products. Not only will you actually recognize most of the brands they send you, but you will also get clued in on the beauty industries latest trends.

How Does BoxyCharm work?
Most other subscription boxes only allow you to sign up to receive one box at a time. When you sign up for BoxyCharm you have to first select how many boxes you want in any given year. You can choose to get one month, three months, six months, or a full year subscription.
The more months you pay in advance, the bigger discount you receive. For example, when you order a full year upfront you essentially get a box free! You can also choose from three box levels: BoxyCharm, BoxyCharm Premium, and BoxyLuxe.
When you enter into the site after creating an account and paying for your box, you can take two quizzes to help customize your next order. The first quiz is the beauty quiz. The beauty quiz provides a series of questions to personalize your order. Questions range from what color your eyes and hair are to what brands you love. My favorite part of this quiz was it was much more detailed than some other beauty boxes.
The questions asking: “What are the undertones of your skin” and “How often do you shop for makeup,” really made me feel like they wanted to find the best products specifically for me. Especially considering I have SO MANY things I consider when looking at beauty products. Call me high maintenance, but I like to know what is in my products!!
You also have the option to take a complexion quiz where you can help BoxyCharm find the best concealer, foundation, and skincare products. With questions like: “How do you like your coverage finish” and “What is the main reason you use concealer,” you are sure to find the products that best fit you.
How Much Does BoxyCharm Cost?
BoxyCharm offers four reasonably priced subscription boxes including a monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, and a full year. Each box automatically renews but you can cancel at any time, with no added fees or charges.

The BoxyLuxe box is for someone who is serious about subscription boxes. Priced at $49.99, with a value of nearly $400, this quarterly beauty and lifestyle box is a great bang for your buck. Every few months you will receive eight or more items, two of which you get to choose. This box is only offered to users who have already signed up for BoxyCharm.
BoxyLuxe offers more flexibility for people who are willing to spend a little more than what BoxyCharm costs. Items in the box range from lifestyle to skincare and obviously beauty products as well.
How do you sign up for BoxyCharm?
When you go to boxycharm.com you first select the box you want and how often you want to get it. You then fill out all of your information including your delivery address and payment for the box or boxes. After this, you will be sent an email with your order number as well as an email stating how long your box should take to get to you. Although current circumstances may cause your box to take longer to get to you, I received mine about one week after ordering.
Does BoxyCharm Include Full Size or Travel Size Products?
Most other subscription services give you travel size products and may include one or two full-sized products. My favorite quality Boxy Charm possesses, is that you will receive five full-size products, valued at over $150 for only $25 a month.
What Brands Does Boxy Charm Send?
Boxy Charm will send you the latest and greatest of the beauty industry. If there is a new brand out there that has taken the industry by storm, you will most likely see it in your box.

That is around $150 worth of products, and you are only paying $25 every month. This is why it is such an amazing choice! How Do You Cancel BoxyCharm?
You can cancel your box at any time with no hidden fee or added charges.
To cancel follow these instructions:
- Go to “My Account” and click on the “Account Preferences” page (Click “My Account” > “Account Preferences” on the menu bar).
- Under “My Subscription”, click on the subscription you want to cancel.
- If you are canceling a basic BoxyCharm subscription, click the “Edit” button next to the basic subscription then “Cancel”. If you are canceling a Luxe or Premium subscription, click the “Cancel” button next to the corresponding subscription.
- Select your specific reason for canceling.
- Click “Yes” to cancel your subscription.
Things to note:
If you cancel your subscription, you can’t reactivate your account and you will have to create a new one if you decide to order again.
You must cancel prior to the first of every month in order to not be charged for the next box. If you do not cancel by 11:59 PM ET you will be billed for the following month and will still receive your box.
For anyone who has a prepaid subscription, BoxyCharm does NOT offer refunds (I know it’s annoying). You will continue to get the boxes you ordered for the remaining months, but your account will not automatically renew after you have received the set months you previously purchased.
BoxyCharm.com also notes that if you need to email them to request the cancellation of your account, you should do it by the 25th of the previous month as they need enough time to get to your inquiry.
Does BoxyCharm Send Trial Size Beauty Products?
No, BoxyCharm sends you five full-size products every single month! Unlike most other subscription boxes you will not receive any trial or travel size items.
Can I See What’s In My Box Before It Arrives?
